Mvrcus: Hey Imcutdontworry! It is certainly a great pleasure to be sitting down for an interview with you this week.
Imcutdontworry: Thank you for speaking with me! Mvrcus: So, tell me, how long have you been with our agency? Imcutdontworry: I joined Feb 14, 2018 - just two weeks today :) Mvrcus: Wow! And you are already nominated for WoTW? Very impressive. What got you to decide on HDA out of all the agencies in the Groups floor? Imcutdontworry: Initially I only wanted to join to be in base with my girlfriend (she barely plays xD), I was joking around at the front desk a bunch XD but after starting I found that the community was a lot of fun to be involved in. I since looked at some other agencies, just to see the rooms, and though some have charm, I enjoy working here and don't see myself looking for a job at another. I like the people I've met here and wouldn't want to work for another agency :) Mvrcus: That must have been a very impromptu decision and I am glad you stayed with us ever since, sometimes the best decisions are usually made in unexpected situations! Mvrcus: And what is your favourite thing to do, in HDA? Imcutdontworry: Probably filling security, but I like doing all trainings (except advertising) as well. I recently joined Transfers and I see myself spending a lot of time at that desk as well, since scouting can be difficult; I think transfers are nicer because people who want job come to you Mvrcus: My same thoughts when I first joined. In fact, I enjoyed filling security over every other stations, and I am happy to hear that you enjoy filling all the stations a lot. Could you also talk about your most memorable experience in our agency? Imcutdontworry: I can't pick one specific instance from my time here - I've enjoyed meeting all the staff here, the feeling of rewarded hard work that promotions bring; we had a Pokemon cosplay the other day when base was quiet which was quite fun Mvrcus: Certainly! We definitely do value hard workers. Diving into more details about our base; In your opinion, can you tell us the difference between other agencies and ours? Imcutdontworry: Without spending too much time in other agencies, aside from a little bit of time in allies' VIP areas, probably the personality and overall activity. The little bit of time I spent in other agencies was very quiet, with most of the talk in whispers. HDA feels very inclusive. Mvrcus: What do you think you have done for the past week, to have been nominated WoTW? Imcutdontworry: Spent way too much time online but in all seriousness, worked very actively at the desk, and tried to be a role model to all members. I try to keep the base in line whenever I am able to be active in game, and watch over everyone that I can keep eyes on. Mvrcus: Good points! The interactions and the work we do here are generally more noticeable since we are a tightly knitted family! Mvrcus: How did you reacted when you found out you were WoTW? Imcutdontworry: "What's WotW? OHHHHHHH!" Mvrcus: Do you have any tips or advice for those who aspires to be the next WoTW? Imcutdontworry: Work hard! If you're going to AFK, don't take up the desks; balance your time, be kind to others and be the example of how great the agency can be. Also, at the risk of sounding sponsored lmao, a program named "Peek Through" - lets you keep the forums transparent, over the game, while playing, CRITICAL for my staying up to date without missing base chat. Mvrcus: I am sure many lives will be saved after reading up to this point! That is some good sounding advice! Is there any individual in our agency who's an inspiration to you? Imcutdontworry: There are too many to name, so hopefully nobody feels excluded when I say this >_< Claaxo, ripmylife, and blueunicorn30 were all hugely inspiring to me, as they've always kept it extremely professional, respectful, and been delightful to be around. There's plenty more great people I've met along the way and I hope to get to know more of the good souls here
