By OfficerLarry The below staff were interviewed because they joined a new division or a new Unit within HDA. New staff given a chance to explain how they now feel about their new rank or unit. We all hope that each and every person shown here will make us proud and show the others how it is done. Congrats new staff! Claaxo Trial 4ic Member What do you plan to do as an upcoming In command Member? It is such an honor to be one of your candidates for 4iC Trials. Not many of us get this type of opportunity. It also takes hard work and dedication. As an applicant, I am leaning towards our Advertising team. I never would have imagined falling for such an amazing team. As of a little background information, I was once Director of Advertising and taking in that experience, I could not thank you more Niha who encouraged me in the first place to join ADV. I was never strong at recruiting but I improved little by little with the help of you and higher rank members. As a team, we are meant to help one another and it was definitely at the time and still is. Tell us something about yourself. One thing you may not know about me, is I love spending my days after school on habbo. I think HDA is such a wonderful environment to be in and especially great in meeting new people. As a younger kid, I was shy around everybody but HDA makes me feel so welcome and I'm friends with everybody especially higher rank members which is not common in most working units. What do think is the most coolest thing about being on Trial 4ic ? The coolest thing about 4iC Trial is I get the opportunity to show foundation + what I can do being under observations. I would assume being a high rank takes times observing members since there's so many so 4iC Trial gives a chance to people to skip all the ranks below and get special observations to those in 4iC Trials. iambrandon98 / Brandon Recently promoted to Assistant Director , former Director of Advertising. What do you think will be the hardest part of your job? I do not want to take things negatively and say things that are difficult. I would always think that they are a challenge as in life you face challenges. Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you may get. I always think that life comes in a full circle, you always suffer first and enjoy later. So what do I really think will be the hardest part of the job, is actually sustaining a good standards that the other AD/HDs has set-up. What makes you different from other Assistant Directors? I feel that all Assistant Directors are very different, we have Kith that seems to be a joker and serious when it comes to work-related. We have Nanceh who seems like a shy and timid gurl, who turns out to be a very friendly and sociable person. How would I put myself different? I always feel that communication is very important in an agency, I feel that I should be able to know more about my directors. I plan to always start conversion them maybe once a week to find out how they are doing and coping with their division and help out if they need help with. I want to be a guy that is always there for them. hotwwwthega Director of Adv. / Former Trial Director As Director of Advertising what do you plan to do now that you're the new director of Adv.? Being the new DOA, job is not going to be easy, but in time to come, I hope to help HDA to get as many recruit as possible, as well as to unite mainly Advertisers together, to get them also help out in getting more recruits and get closer to one another. What do you think would be the most hardest with your new rank? The hardest job with my rank, I feel, is to execute plans such as Advertising competition or also the mentoring program, it needs a lot of teamwork in the advertising team. I hope to work closely with my HOA, and maybe in time, the new COA, to strengthen the advertising power in HDA
